Our goal is to create an experience where girls are having fun on their bikes. Little Bellas is a non-competitive mountain biking organization that offers week-long half and full day camps, weekly program sessions, and event camps for girls ages 7 to 18 years old. Our mentoring model allows girls to have fun on trails and play games in an uninhibited environment that encourages them to be themselves. We strive to help girls find a sense of empowerment and self-confidence through interacting with positive mentors, conquering obstacles, and mastering a skill.
Program Types
Weekly
Weekly sessions lasting around two hours, offered over five to eight weeks. Most programs meet once a week, with the occasional scheduled break.
Camp
Half-day, full-day, and overnight options, with most camps offered as weeklong sessions. Some locations also offer shorter event-style camps.

Program Formats
Each of our program formats welcome riders of all levels, from first-timers to those ready for new adventures. We encourage every girl to grow at her own pace and have fun on the bike.
Play
The Play program format invites girls to experience mountain biking through fun, creative games that make learning feel effortless. The focus is on laughter, movement, and connection as girls gain coordination and confidence on two wheels. Every ride is about joy, discovery, and the freedom to be yourself.
Play & Explore
The Play & Explore program format blends the best of both worlds: games that spark joy and trail rides that build confidence. Participants progress through play and time spent on trail, overcoming challenges in a supportive environment where fun and friendship come first.
Explore
The Explore program format centers on trail adventures and playful challenges that inspire growth. Girls strengthen their riding skills, practice navigating varied terrain, and experience the excitement of discovering new trails with friends and mentors by their side. It’s all about curiosity, confidence, and fun on the bike.
Adventure
The Adventure program format celebrates independence and the joy of shared exploration. Girls begin to chart their own course, deciding when and how to take on challenges while mentors offer guidance and encouragement along the way. With the opportunity for longer rides and new trails, riders experience the thrill of discovery, connection, and camaraderie that comes from adventuring together on two wheels.
Community Partner Programs

Community Partner Programs are offered in collaboration with local nonprofits and youth organizations to expand access to biking in more communities. Girls join through these partner organizations and experience the same fun, mentorship, and confidence-building that define all Little Bellas programs. Together, we create welcoming spaces for girls to ride, learn, and grow.
We currently have Community Partner Programs in Baltimore, MD, St Paul, MN, Pontiac, MI, Pittsburgh, PA, and the Navajo Nation.
