Arias Flory
Regional Specialist: West Virginia
Arias grew up in OH and now calls the Pittsburgh region of PA home, where she spends as much time as possible outside exploring. By day, she works in the nonprofit world helping connect people and build meaningful opportunities—but mountain biking is where she gets to play, challenge herself, and have fun. She discovered mountain biking as a way to explore new places, push her limits, and connect with a welcoming and supportive community. She loves that the sport offers both adventure and growth—and believes there’s nothing better than sharing that experience with others. Through Little Bellas, Arias is excited to help girls build confidence, try new things, and discover just how strong and capable they are—on and off the trail.
Where do you call home? North Huntingdon, PA
Why Little Bellas? Because I’m a firm believer in the transformative power of mentorship. Mentorship looks different for everyone—everyone has their own “why” for showing up—and Little Bellas provides the perfect avenue for those connections to happen through the powerful medium of bikes. It’s a way for girls to build confidence and resilience while realizing they don’t have to tackle hard things alone.
If you had a superpower, what would it be? The ability to eat absolutely anything—from a gas station donut on a road trip to a double stack of pancakes—and have my body process it as a perfectly balanced, organic, nutrient-dense meal!
Favorite color? Depends on the day… usually purple!
Favorite ride snack? Homemade apple pie flapjacks!
Favorite food? A homemade salad that’s too big for the plate, with veggies from my garden, smoked chicken, crispy chickpeas, and a homemade lemon tahini dressing.
Hidden talents? I am a classically trained trumpet player! I hold a Master’s in Performance and (in what feels like a past life) have competed at the National Trumpet Competition and have performed at the International Trumpet Guild conference!
Favorite Little Bellas experience? Watching someone go from “I’m not sure I can do this” to “Can we do that again?!”
Favorite Little Bellas experience? I’m a beginner sewist! I’m currently learning the ropes (threads?) and have dreams of eventually sewing my own custom outdoor gear.
